Shipping occurs daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day, and you can typically expect delivery in 2-3 working Days. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

- Packaging: Securely pack the items, using the original packaging if possible, and include your order number
- Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise

- If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days
