For CBD or CBG Flowers and hemp products, the minimum order is generally 50 grams. This allows customers to purchase small quantities for personal use or testing, while maintaining product freshness and quality. Please check individual product pages for specific minimum quantities, as they may vary slightly depending on the product.

For CBD or CBG Clones and Seeds, the minimum order is 250 pieces for clones and 100 pieces for seeds. Our goal is to make it easy for customers to order exactly what they need without restrictions. The larger the quantity purchased, the lower the price. Pricing is proportional to the volume of the order.

Online, we display the price only up to 1 kg / 1 Liter for most products. For larger quantities, please contact us directly to receive a personalized quote.

How can I receive or pick up my order?

Our products are shipped exclusively within Europe, using reputable courier services such as Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. For orders over eur 299.00, we offer free shipping; for orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied based on weight and volume of the order: eur 4.90, 9.90 or 14.90. Typically, deliveries are completed within 3-4 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for the product to arrive at your designated address.

Is it possible to pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can select the in-person pickup option during the checkout process. In the shipping methods section, simply choose “In-Person Pickup” to indicate that you prefer to collect your order directly from our facilities. Typically, the pickup hours are from Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Please ensure to schedule your pickup within this timeframe. If you need to arrange a different time or have special requests, contact our customer service in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This way, your order will be prepared for collection when you arrive.

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my order before shipment?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped, we recommend contacting our customer service as soon as possible, preferably via email at info@cbdlogistics.eu, if the order is still in “On Hold” or “Processing” status. During this phase, cancellations or changes can be made quickly. Once the order has been shipped or the status changes to “Shipped” or “Completed,” it will no longer be possible to cancel. RETURNS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

According to our General Terms & Conditions (GTC), customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the reshipment or the refund within 14 days.
