GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to www.cbdlogistics.eu. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the rights and obligations between Orgena SA, owner of the CBD Logistics brand, with registered office at Stradon 116, CH-6557 Cama (hereinafter “Seller” or “CBD Logistics”), and the customers who make purchases on our website (hereinafter “Buyers”). These conditions apply to all orders, visits, and subscriptions made on our site, in accordance with Swiss legislation.
1. Company Identity
CBD Logistics is a registered trademark of Orgena SA, a registered company with its registered office at Stradon 116, CH-6557 Cama, Switzerland. For further information about our company, we invite you to visit the “Impressum” section on our site.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these T&Cs by the Buyer. Any amendments to the T&Cs will only be valid if confirmed in writing by CBD Logistics. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3. Offer & Availability of Products
The products available in our online shop are presented as a non-binding catalog. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of every item. In the event that a product is unavailable, CBD Logistics will order it from the supplier. If delivery cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Replacements will only be made for equivalent or higher-priced products, and the customer will be promptly informed.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The following shipping methods are available for orders placed on www.cbdlogistics.eu.
All base prices are calculated in CHF and converted to EUR for display on www.cbdlogistics.eu. The converted prices may vary slightly due to exchange rates.
Free Shipping: automatically applies for orders over CHF 299 via tracked delivery.
Priority Mail: CHF 8.90 (orders ≤ CHF 201).
Standard Pack: CHF 15.70 (orders ≤ CHF 201); CHF 11.90 (orders CHF 201 – 299).
Safe Signature Pack: CHF 24.90 (orders ≤ CHF 201); CHF 19.90 (orders CHF 201 – 299).
Store Pick-Up: free of charge; available within 1 – 2 business days at our warehouse by appointment.
Orders over 299 CHF benefit from free shipping within Europe. For orders under this amount, shipping fees are applied based on weight and volume and import of the order.
Shipments placed via www.cbdlogistics.eu are made exclusively within Europe and comply with THC regulations of each country.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses; any errors will result in the Buyer being liable for associated refund costs.
Deliveries are generally fulfilled within 3 – 4 business days, though arrival at the final destination may take up to 10 business days. CBD Logistics cannot be held responsible for delivery delays except in cases of gross negligence.
Customers residing in Switzerland are encouraged to visit www.cbdlogistics.ch for products compliant with Swiss THC levels (≤ 0.99%), with a shipping time of 1 – 2 working days.
4.1 Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Responsibility
Delivery is considered completed when the carrier confirms the shipment as delivered in its tracking system. Depending on the destination country and the carrier’s delivery rules, delivery may take place without a personal signature, for example by leaving the parcel in a secure location, at a building reception, in common areas, at a parcel shop, or with a logistics partner authorized to receive the shipment on behalf of the recipient (Power of Attorney). The customer is deemed to have received the shipment in accordance with EU According to EU rules on consumer rights, the risk passes to the consumer once they, or a person authorized by them, take possession of the goods.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the Customer. In such cases, the Seller cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly if they believe the delivery was not handled correctly. Alternative delivery methods without signature are only valid if compliant with local regulations and the carrier’s delivery terms.
All shipping methods listed in section 4 are subject to the same rules regarding delivery confirmation and transfer of responsibility. This includes Priority Mail, Standard Pack, Safe Signature Pack, and Free Shipping.
5. Prices & Payment Methods
The prices indicated include VAT and shipping costs, where applicable. For purchases made in advance, the order will be shipped only after the amount has been credited to our account. Various payment methods are available, including Bank transfer and Cryptocurrencies. Buyers can make a payment via bank transfer or cryptocurrencies, with detailed instructions provided upon order completion. Processing fees for delays or missing payments will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
Bank Transfer
Buyers can pay via bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions, including bank account information and the order reference number, will be provided immediately upon order completion. Please note that transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank.Orders will be processed and shipped only after the full payment has been received and confirmed. By selecting this payment method, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our General Terms & Conditions.
Digital Currencies
Payment via Cryptocurrency
. We accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce. Payments are final and confirmed once the blockchain transaction is validated. Chargebacks or reversals are not possible. By selecting this payment method, you confirm that you have read and accepted Coinbase Commerce’s Terms of Service and in addition to our own General Terms & Conditions.

6. Return & Refund Policy
The Buyer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. Once the return is received and the product’s condition verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days. Please note that, considering the nature of hemp-based products, return restrictions may apply for hygiene and safety reasons.
7. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of CBD Logistics until full payment of the purchase price has been received. In the event of default, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own expense.
8. Defects & Warranty
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is required to immediately inspect the product and report any defects within seven working days. If a defect is acknowledged, the Buyer must return the defective items for a refund or replacement. The warranty is void if the product has been opened or altered without authorization. Defective items recognized by CBD Logistics are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Buyers must be aware that hemp-based products are subject to specific regulations and must comply with current quality standards.
9. Age Verification
CBD Logistics conducts identity checks on all orders. We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 18 and reserve the right to block accounts. The Buyer, by accepting the T&Cs, confirms they are at least 18 years old. Any false information concerning age is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and may incur additional costs for any returns. In the event of penalties for orders placed by minors, the legal representative of the Buyer will be held liable for the penalty.
10. Duty to Inform
The Seller continuously informs the Buyer about the requirement to be 18 years old to navigate and purchase on the site. Any violation of this obligation may entail legal liability. Furthermore, it is necessary to communicate the specific regulations regarding hemp-based products, including the requirements related to THC content and their commercialization.
11. Identity Fraud
Providing false information regarding age or identity is considered a criminal offense in Switzerland. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of identity fraud.
12. Limitation of Liability
CBD Logistics is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, delivery delays, or other circumstances not attributable to the Seller. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the purchased products. The responsibility of Buyers for any legal violations in the use of the products is emphasized.
13. Amendments to General Conditions
CBD Logistics reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. New conditions will be published on the site and applicable to orders placed after their publication. Users will be informed of such changes through a notification on the website.
14. Privacy Policy
For information on how we manage users’ personal data, please consult our “Privacy Policy“. We ensure that all practices comply with data protection regulations, including the provisions of the GDPR, where applicable.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to Swiss law. For disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the T&Cs, the competent court shall be that of Cama, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
